We have upgraded our food warmer with ly designed "Dry Burning Indicator" and "Reset System". The anti-dry-burning function automatically stops heating the food when the temperature exceeds 248F 120C. Simply add water and turn off the machine, after a few minutes, plug it back in to resume operation. The well is thoughtfully designed with water level markers inside for effortless water maintenance. The container features a drain valve for draining water after use, reducing the hassle of cleaning the machine’s interior. Additionally, two extra long-handled ladles are included, perfectly suited for deep pots. Our commercial food warmer features a 19 qt / 18 L water well. You can directly heat up food in the well or add water to the well for flexible use of divider pans to create a variety of dishes.
