We have upgraded our food warmer with ly designed "Dry Burning Indicator" and "Reset System". The anti-dry-burning function automatically stops heating the food when the temperature exceeds 248F 120C. Simply add water and turn off the machine, after a few minutes, plug it back in to resume operation. The well is thoughtfully designed with water level markers inside for effortless water maintenance. The container features a faucet for draining water after use, reducing the hassle of cleaning the machine’s interior. Additionally, two extra long-handled ladles are included, perfectly suited for deep pots. Our commercial food warmer comes with 18qt / 17L food pans 21/2 accompanied by their respective lids, allowing you to serve different dishes simultaneously.
