The SxS Refrigerator Water Filter Housing is a white plastic part that surrounds and protects the appliance's water filter and connects the water lines to the water filter. To access the part, unscrew the water filter counter-clockwise and remove it. Then slide the old cover off. Hook the cover onto each hinge pin, and then re-install the filter by turning it clockwise. Replacing this part will require basic hand tools, some disassembly of the refrigerator and intermediate repair experience.
