Breathe Easy is a complex and aromatic blend of herbal tastes - spicy-aromatic and cooling, somewhat bitter and astringent, and slightly sweet.
Breathe Easy is a comforting and good tasting herbal tea that temporarily relieves nasal congestion and stuffy nose associated with the common cold, hay fever, sinusitis, and other upper respiratory allergies, restoring freer breathing through the nose. A chorus of pleurisy flowers appears throughout North America in late spring, usually surrounded by a flutter of butterflies. Thus its common name is Butterfly Weed. The plant's valuable medicinal roots are harvested in the fall. We sense the return to perfect medicine will be found in nature...where it all began...in the simple and wondrous workings of the natural pharmacy of plants. Recommendations:
For maximum benefit, herbal tea must be properly prepared. Pour 8 oz. freshly boiled water over a tea bag in a cup. Cover cup and steep 10-15 minutes. These steps directly influence the amount of beneficial components that will end up in your teacup! Gently squeeze the tea bag to release any remaining extract. Drink three cups daily. Adding honey may enhance benefits, especially in dry climates.
