• Cocoa Conversions: Unsweetened chocolate: 3 level tbsp of SACO premium cocoa + 1 tbsp of vegetable oil = 1 square (1 oz) of baking chocolate. Semi-sweet chocolate: 1/4 cup of SACO premium cocoa + 2 tbsp + 2 tsp vegetable oil + 1/4 cup + 2 tsp sugar = 4 oz of semi-sweet chocolate.
