To Enjoy Hot: Empty contents of the can into a suacepan. Heat gently, stirring frequently, do not boil. To Microwave: Empty contents into a suitable microwaveable container..Cover and heat on full power (800W microwave) for 2 minutes, stirring halfway through heating time. Refer to manufactures instructions for different output microwaves. After heating please handle with care. Store in a cool dry place. Once opened remove remaining contetns from can, keep refrigerated and eat within three days.
