Davidson's sources shou pu-erh, which differentiates itself from sheng pu-erh by its fermentation process. Shou translates to "cooking" in chinese, and refers to the process of expediting fermentation with added heat and moisture. In this way, shou pu-erh is categorized as a black tea, whereas sheng pu-erh is a green because of its raw, uncooked nature.

Brewing Instructions- Bring fresh water to a boil or just under the boiling point
- Add one tea bag to one 8oz cup of hot water
- Allow the tea bag to steep for 3-5 minutes
- Remove and strain the tea bag
